About myself:

My name is Miguel Chavez, PMP, ACP, ITIL — founder and Director of Global Momentum. With more than 20 years of proven leadership in driving transformative outcomes, I specialize in delivering mission-critical business and technology projects and programs for both government and private-sector organizations. I bring deep expertise across the full Project Management Framework and a mastery of methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall to consistently achieve strategic objectives on time and within budget.

My extensive industry experience spans complex Web & Cloud Applications, IT Infrastructure Modernization, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, High-Stakes Assessment and Preparatory Products Platforms, Learning Management Systems, ERPs (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, FreeBalance), Commercial Off-The-Shelf platforms (COTS), e-Commerce Ecosystems, Identity & Access Management Solutions, CRM Systems, and Enterprise Applications for Commercial, Financial, Regulatory, Defense, and National Security Environments.
