These artifacts were developed based on our practical expertise in implementing programs and projects in different industries and the methodology and best practices in Project Management.

Our Digital Products are populated with sample items in all logs, registers, schedules, and Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, and include onboarding videos that are part of a complete project management solution:

Project Control Center (PCC)

The Project Control Centre (PCC) is a project management artifact (Microsoft Excel Workbook) that is used to manage project activity with multiple project streams as part of the lifecycle of a project or a project phase (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Closure). It combines several project management registers and logs (Excel Spreadsheets) that allow us to have an integrated view of the project during the different project management phases.

Project Schedule for Agile & Waterfall Projects (desktop version)

The Project Schedule for Agile and Waterfall Projects is a project management artifact in MS Project Professional that is used to monitor and control the detail scope of your program or project. It includes customized fields to report on the type of task, risk and issue indicators, priority indicators, status indicator, dependencies, cost & resource management, baseline control, Agile / Sprint integration etc. This template is fully integrated with the PCC and with Power BI for the generation of Business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Project Schedule for Agile & Waterfall Projects (web version)

Business Plan

The Project Schedule for Agile and Waterfall Projects (web version) is part of the Project Schedule artefact that include onboarding videos on how to migrate the schedule from MS Project Professional to Project for the Web. Additionally, It includes the process on how to configure the fields to maximize online capabilities. This online version is a powerful collaboration tool that use the Office 365 platform and can be fully integrated with the PCC and with Power BI for generation of BI reports.

Financial Report

The Project Reporting solution uses Power BI as the engine to generate Business Intelligence analytical reports & dashboards in order to monitor the progress of your portfolio of programs and projects. It integrates with the PCC and MS Project Schedules and will include but will not limited to: Portfolio view (Gantt) of all programs and projects, High priority risks and issues view, Resource allocation view per program or project, Deliverables view by calendar period for project and project phases, etc.

Risk Register

The Risk Register is a project management artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that is used to manage all the risk activity of the program or project. It includes all the elements and attributes needed to monitor and control the risks such as probability and impact, risk response plan, overall risks level, heat map etc. This artefact uses methodology and best practices in Project Management and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC and the project schedule.

The Action Register is a project management artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that is used to manage all the activities of the program or project. It includes all the elements and attributes needed to manage the action items of the project derived from work packages in the project schedule, risks, issues, decisions, change management, and any other project activities and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC and with the project schedule.

Issue Register

The Issue Register is a project management artefact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that is used to manage all the issues of the program or project. It includes all the elements and attributes needed to manage the issues that may be impacting the project milestones or deliverables using the methodology and best practices in Project Management and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC and with the project schedule.

Stakeholders Log

The Stockholders Log is an artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that allows you to record and visualize your stakeholder community, their contact details, position in the organization, their role & responsibility, and the level of influence or power they have in the program and project. You can include in this log the specific action items you are doing to address the needs or concerns of each stakeholder and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC.

Deliverables Log

The Deliverables Log is a project management artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that will help you detail all your deliverables in the different project streams and project phases. It will include a description of the deliverable, task identifier (WBS number in the project schedule), deliverable type, RACI indicators (who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted & Informed), deadline, and overall status and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC.

Change  Control Tracker

The Change Control Tracker (Microsoft Spreadsheet) provides a detailed view of all the status of the change requests of the program or project. It will describe the purposed change in detail, potential approaches to deal with the changes,  impacts (external & internals), recommendations. approvals, the assignment process and actions to be performed to implement the change and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC.

Decision Log

The Decision Log is an artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that will allow you to record all the key decisions of your program or project. It will include details about the decision such as description of the decision needed, timeline for the decision, impacts if the decision is delayed, status, escalation and approval process, actions that need to be implemented and closing date and it is enabled to integrate with the other registers and logs in the PCC.
