The Deliverables Log is a project management artifact (Microsoft Spreadsheet) that will help you manage all your deliverables in the different project streams and project phases. It will include a description of the deliverable, task identifier (WBS number in the project schedule), deliverable type, RACI indicators (who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted & Informed), deadline, and overall status.
 
The Deliverable Log is an artifact that is purchased here individually, or it can be purchased as part of the Project Control Center (PCC) digital product. This artifact includes a sample item that is part of a project management solution fully integrated with the other registers and logs in the PCC, the project schedule, and the project reporting digital artifacts.
