The Project Control Centre (PCC) is a project management artifact (Microsoft Excel Workbook) that is used to manage project activity with multiple project streams as part of the lifecycle of a project or a project phase (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Closure). It combines several project management registers and logs (Excel Spreadsheets) that allow an integrated view of the project during the different project management phases.
 
The Project Control Center includes sample items in all the logs (Stakeholders log, Deliverables Log, Risk Register, Risk Heat Map, Issue Register, Action Register, Change Control Tracker, and Decision Log) that are part of a project management solution fully integrated with the project schedule and project reporting digital artifacts.
